1. Nature of service

Growth Genius Services is a loan consultancy / facilitation service. We are not a bank or NBFC and do not lend money directly. All loans are sanctioned solely by partner banks / NBFCs at their discretion.

2. No guarantee of approval

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a loan. Interest rate, fees, amount and tenure are decided by the lender based on your profile.

3. No upfront payment

We never ask for any payment to get a loan sanctioned. Please report anyone asking for money in our name to info@growthgeniusservices.in.

4. Calculators & information

Results from EMI, eligibility and balance transfer calculators, and all figures on this website, are indicative only and not an offer of credit.

5. Consent to contact

By submitting a form, you authorise Growth Genius Services and its lending partners to contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email, even if your number is registered under DND.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City].
